Recipe

① Fill a glass with full of ice +

    Milk 150ml + 1 shot Espresso.

② Pour Flower and Fruit  tea powder topping cream into ①,

    then float the dried Fruit.

 

* How to make Topping cream

   Vegetable cream 20g + Milk 10ml +

   Flower and Fruit Tea powder 5g,

   then whip some cream by using a whisk
- Cream will be firm when refrigerated.
